The Munich Lager is a traditional Bavarian Helles. It is a medium to deep gold colored beer with a creamy white head. It is slightly sweet with just enough hop bitterness to produce a very balanced beer. The finish and aftertaste remains malty and clean. Unlike Pilsner it is a malt-accentuated beer that is not overly sweet, but rather focuses on malt flavor with underlying hop bitterness in a supporting role. It is characterized by rounded maltiness without heaviness.
The Baron Hefe-Weisse has a pale straw to dark reddish-gold in color with a vanilla and clove aroma. It has the soft, grainy flavor of wheat and a tart character from yeast and high carbonation. These are refreshing, fast-maturing beers that are lightly hopped. This style is a traditional wheat-based beer from Southern Germany.
The Liberator is a deep amber to dark brown colored beer with a rich and complex malty flavor. It has a touch of roast character and no hop flavor. Hop bitterness is generally only high enough to balance the malt flavors to allow moderate sweetness in the finish. This is a Bavarian specialty that is most closely associated with serving in the Winter and Spring Seasons.
The Baron Schwarzbier is a classic German black beer.  The color is black with tinges of ruby and brown.  The flavor is full and crisp.  The Schwarzbier starts with a slight roast flavor upfront followed by a faint chocolate body with a very crisp clean lagered finish.  A very full yet drinkable lager.  Available at the first of the year.
Roggen is a style that is almost extinct in Germany.  Very few breweries produce this specialty.  The Baron Roggen is similar to the few remaining examples of the style.  It is pale, golden in color with a tinge of white.  The taste is full of wheat and rye with a crisp clean finish that doesn't linger, proving that a full bodied beer can still be extremely light and drinkable.  There is a slight tartness from the Wheat followed by a slight bitterness provided by the Rye.  The hops are mellow, but give the beer a very clean dry finish.
Merchandise
The Uber-Weisse is a traditional WeizenStarkbier.  Similar to other wheat doppelbocks, this is high in alocohol and complex in flavor.  Slights notes of roast, chocolate, banana and sweetness.  8.5% in strength.  Very balanced with a big full body or wheat and malt.  Very smooth and easy to drink.
Helles Bock is a big helles lager that has a sweet body and a big bite.  Fantastic copper color with sweet malt aroma.  Finish is clean and dry with a touch of alcohol warmth.  Commonly called a MaiBock, this is a traditional German style seasonal beer that is normally released in May or earlier.

Berliner Weisse
The Berliner-Weisse is a wheat bier that is extremely tart in taste.  It is traditionally served with sweet syrups like Himbeere Red(Rasberry) or Waldmeister Green (vanilla / pistachio).  The sour and acidic notes are maybe a little reminiscent of a lambic or gueuze, and the practice of adding fruit syrups to the beer adds to the comparison.   Don't let the low alcohol content deceive you into thinking that this is a weak-tasting beer. The flavours are intense, refreshing and distinctive. The beer is sometimes known as the Champagne of beer.
Rauchbier (Smoked)
Rauchbier means, literally, "smoked beer". Rauchbier is a valuable remnant of an old beer style. Malt must be dried to stop its germination at just the right point. Modern technology provides enclosed heat sources to dry the malt, but before this technology was available, malt had to be dried by sun, wind or above open fire. Drying the malt above open fire usually involved suspending it over the fire so that smoke as well as heat passed through and the smoke flavoured the malt.
Very Smokey and very tasty.  Campfire in a bottle
Pils
The Baron Pils is a classic North German Style Pilsner.  It is a super pale-lager with a huge billowing white head.  Subtle but firm malt nose and body followed by a extremely clean long dry finish.  All ingredients are imported from Germany.  The Pils is aged for a minimum of 8-10 weeks guaranteeing a smooth and drinkable beer.
