The Baron Kolsch style bier is brewed in the tradition of Kolsch biers from Koln Germany. A very pale golden color gives off aromas of subtle fruit and mild sweetness. The body has a light and distinctive flavor from the unique Kolsch yeast strain. There is a mild sweetness that is consistent through out the entire drink. The hops are noticeable but not forceful. The beer finishes very clean with no lingering aftertaste. A perfect light lagered ale for the hot summer sun.
All ingredients for the beer are imported from Germany. Brewed in accordance to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516.
